CEO
Dan is the co-founder and CEO of Norbury Financial, the future
of research software for managing the internal operations of investment
professionals - including Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Directors
of Research and Chief Operating Officers. Norbury’s flagship
product, Norbury Links, saves investment professionals time by
centralizing and indexing internal and external research for easy
retrieval and cross referencing - making collaboration among colleagues,
and across geographical locations, seamless and simple.
Prior to founding Norbury Dan was a co-founder
and Portfolio Manager of Clipper Capital Management LLC, a long/short
US equity hedge fund. Over a five year period while managing funds
at Clipper Dan lent his research expertise toward the growth of
internal systems developed by Clipper. These systems developed
internally by Clipper were ultimately spun off into Norbury.
Prior to founding Clipper Dan was an analyst
at Maple Row Management, a top performing long/short equity hedge
fund, where he helped invest $400 million in emerging growth stocks
and helped the firm focus on its investment strategy in small
cap growth stocks. Prior to Maple Row Dan was both a research
analyst and a trader at C. Blair Asset Management, a $700 million
long/short US hedge fund, and prior to that was a research analyst
at Renaissance Capital, a long/short equity investment firm.
Dan graduated from the University of Notre
Dame where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
with a concentration in Finance.

Dave Earley
President & COO
Dave is the co-founder and President of

Prior to founding Norbury Dave was a co-founder
of Clipper Capital Management LLC, a long/short US equity hedge
fund. Over a five year period while operating Clipper Dave managed
development efforts of internal software that was used to help
run the hedge fund. The systems Dave developed internally were
ultimately spun out of the hedge fund and Norbury was organized.
Prior to co-founding Clipper Dave was a manager
at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked for ten years as a member
of their tax and legal services division. He has extensive experience
with legal structuring, tax planning, corporate cash management,
and financial analysis. Dave has dealt extensively with flow-through
entity structures including limited partnerships and LLC's in
both the investment management and real estate fields. He authored
a national technical course within PricewaterhouseCoopers on business
analysis and operations consulting and in July of 2000 while at
PricewaterhouseCoopers he initiated development efforts of a new
on-line software offering called AdvancedBenchmarking. AdvancedBenchmarking
is a software product offering specific to emerging companies
designed to help measure and improve their business operations
(see US Patent Application #20040032420).
Dave is a certified public accountant licensed
in the state of Massachusetts. Dave graduated Summa Cum Laude
from Northeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Tim Bryan
Tim was Senior Vice President of Institutional
Services at CCBN from 1999 until 2003 when the company was sold
to Thomson. He was hired to develop a successful sales strategy
and build the sales organization.
Prior to joining CCBN, Tim spent 15 years
with Boston-based First Call Corp. In his most recent position
as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President
of the Capital Markets Group, he was responsible for the business
development, sales, marketing and product strategies for the sell-side
investment community. First Call is a division of Thomson.
Tim was Vice-president of broker relations
and general manager of fixed income services at First Call from
1994 until 1996. He was responsible for determining First Call’s
broker strategy and developing a new fixed income business unit.
He also provided international broker support and identified new
international business and product opportunities.
Tim joined First Call in 1990 and also served
as national sales manager, general manager of the institutional
services group and vice-president of broker relations. Tim first
joined Thomson in 1989 as an account executive and then as national
sales manager of AutEx.
Prior to Joining Thomson, Tim was a senior
account executive at FileNet Corporation, where he opened the
New England regional office and sold Unix-based distributed image
processing systems. Earlier, Tim was senior account executive
at Uninet/US Telecom, where he sold packet switching services
on a nationwide fiber-optic network. He has also been national
sales director for Scott Systems, which developed, manufactured
and sold local-area networked, microprocessor-based terminal systems
to the airline and banking markets.
Bryan received a Bachelor of Science in business
administration degree from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill.

William C. Craine
Mr. Craine was most recently Chairman of
Partners Trust Financial Group (NASDAQ listing PRTR) a $3.7 billion
bank holding company based in Utica, New York and sold in late
2007 to M&T Bank, Buffalo, NY. Prior to that he was Chairman
of BSB Bancorp (BSBN), Binghamton, NY.
Mr. Craine’s work career spanned over 33 years at Granite
Capital Holdings, Inc., (energy and insurance sales with annual
revenues of over $500 million), Binghamton, NY from which he retired
in 2005 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Craine also serves on the Boards of Director of Preferred
Mutual Insurance Company, New Berlin, NY and Willow Run Foods,
Kirkwood, NY as well as a trustee of his alma mater Carleton College,
Northfield MN. Mr. Craine holds an MBA degree from Rutgers University.

Eric Pulaski
Eric Pulaski is the founder and CEO of Lightbulb
Technology Partners Inc. based in Houston, Texas. Before starting
Lightbulb Technology Partners, Eric founded BindView Corporation
in May of 1990 and served as the company’s Chairman and
CEO through a successful IPO in 1998 and, ultimately, the sale
of the company to Symantec Corporation in January of 2006.
A recognized expert on corporate security issues, Pulaski often
speaks at industry events to discuss the business impact of security
issues in today's corporate environments. Through these engagements,
he provides insight into proactive and reactive measures that
enterprises should take to balance risk tolerance and protect
business-critical infrastructures. Eric holds a Bachelors of Arts
degree in Humanities from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jay Sarles
Jay Sarles is retired Vice Chairman of Bank of America Corporation
and a special adviser to the CEO. Previously, he was Vice Chairman
and Chief Administrative Officer of FleetBoston Financial. As
Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Sarles oversaw all of the administrative
functions of the company, including treasury, risk management,
corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, technology and operations,
and human resources. He was also the senior executive in charge
of Fleet's New York-based operations, overseeing and executing
the company's growth strategy for Metro New York. During his 34
years with Fleet, Mr. Sarles was a driving force behind Fleet's
growth from a Rhode Island-based bank with $971 million in assets,
to a financial services company with bank assets of $190 billion
and assets under management of $150 billion. Mr. Sarles oversaw
all of Fleet's acquisitions and mergers over the past 15 years.
Mr. Sarles serves as a director of VISA International and U.S.A.
He is a member of the Board of the Lincoln Center for the Performing
Arts and is a member of the Board of the Neighborhood Housing
Services of New York City. In addition, he co-chairs the Mayor's
Committee on Affordable Housing in Boston. Mr. Sarles received
his B.A. degree from Amherst College.
